PDS
offer a wide variety of natural aggregates, which haves been
washed, cleaned and dried direct from the quarry. We are experienced
installers of resin bonded surfacing throughout the North Midlands and Yorkshire
areas.
These surfaces are a modern stylish way of enhancing the beauty of
your house and garden, which are low maintenance, durable
and aesthetically pleasing.
Process
This
process can be carried out on paths patios and driveways which have a monolithic
base, which includes tarmac and concrete.
An assessment of the current condition of your driveway is carried out. Any
imperfections eg cracks or potholes are filled and repaired prior to application.
The area is cleaned and the required areas taped off.
The broadcast system: The two-part resin is mixed and spread
over the surface, whilst still tacky. The aggregate is broadcast over the
resin and the excess is brushed off the next day.
The bound system: The aggregate and resin are mixed together,
and trowelled down to the required depth, from 10mm – 25mm, leaving
a smooth finish and allowing water to easily drain away. This is ideal for
around hot tubs and swimming pools.
